The RM/RTS General Affairs Section is responsible for the general affairs functions of Rakuten Mobile, Inc. and Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc., two major subsidiaries within Rakuten Group. We contribute to the growth of these companies by providing appropriate and timely office environment support and employee services in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
