Handle laundry safely and efficiently, including sorting, washing, checking, and delivering guest laundry and linen while respecting guest privacy and supporting accurate billing and teamwork. Handle and store laundry chemicals safely. Operate laundry machines correctly and safely. Sort laundry and linen by type, colour, and washing requirements. Collect, process, check, and deliver guest laundry promptly. Respect guest privacy and “Do Not Disturb” signs. Provide billing details to the Cashiering Department on time.
