We are seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the resort's sales and marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, and contribute to business growth. The role involves coordinating sales administration, maintaining client relationships and databases, supporting marketing campaigns, managing promotional materials and digital content, and assisting with media relations and events. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our resort's sales and marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness. In this role, you will coordinate daily sales administration, maintain client databases, prepare reports and promotional materials, assist with marketing campaigns, and manage digital content across various platforms. You will also support client communications, media relations, site inspections, familiarization trips, and promotional events while working closely with the Sales & Marketing team and other departments. You will contribute to achieving business objectives, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies while upholding Avani's brand standards. Key Requirements Previous experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the hospitality or resort industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Good knowledge of sales coordination, client relationship management, and marketing activities. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CRM systems and hotel PMS is an advantage. Ability to prepare sales reports, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing communications. Creative mindset with an understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to support sales events, media activities, site inspections, and operational requirements. Professional appearance, strong work ethics, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
