In this role, you will gain deep understanding of refined products inventory flows, inventory pricing and processes of our downstream business to provide analysis and insight to support financial reporting using the SAP S4 cloud system. You will also collaborate with various business stakeholders such as supply operations, product scheduling, upstream accounting and settlements. Responsibilities: Execute the refined products and LPGs month end cycle, including analysis related to product costing, inventory flows, purchase, sales, intercompany transactions, and intercompany profit eliminations and prepare accounting entries if needed Communicate and investigate transactions with the supply, trading and optimization front office groups Prepare monthly performance management reports for the Downstream business and effectively communicating financial performance and drivers Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop new analysis as business changes Manages data gathering process for various stakeholders and reporting requirements Support the SAP S4 system changes Location and other Key Details: You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
