Responsibilities: Administer Workday Learning platform, including user management, course scheduling, and reporting Manage incoming learning-related inquiries and service requests through ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service Assist employees with navigating learning resources, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance Partner with learning colleagues to further the evolution of learning approaches, governance, and sustainment Continuously evaluate and optimize learning processes to enhance the overall learning experience for employees Location and other key details: This is an office-based role. You will work out of the Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
