Jeżeli posiadasz doświadczenie w obszarze Zapewnienia Jakości, GMP oraz środowisk regulowanych i chcesz rozwijać swoją karierę w globalnej organizacji, zapraszamy do aplikowania. Kogo szukamy? Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze naukowym, technicznym lub pokrewnym. Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca pracę w środowisku międzynarodowym. Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w środowisku GMP. Doświadczenie w obszarze Zapewnienia Jakości w środowisku regulowanym. Doświadczenie w branży farmaceutycznej, wyrobów medycznych, produkcji lub innych środowiskach regulowanych. Znajomość systemów jakości, nadzoru nad dokumentacją, GMP oraz norm ISO. Dobra znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Wysoka dbałość o szczegóły, umiejętność organizacji pracy oraz skutecznej komunikacji. Zakres obowiązków Wspieranie zespołów w zakresie funkcjonowania systemów jakości. Wspieranie działań szkoleniowych oraz wymiany wiedzy w zespole. Tworzenie, aktualizacja, utrzymywanie i dystrybucja dokumentacji jakościowej oraz formularzy jakościowych. Prowadzenie i utrzymywanie zapisów jakościowych zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami. Wspieranie działań związanych z ciągłym doskonaleniem procesów oraz wdrażaniem procedur jakościowych. Udział w audytach GMP, ISO 9001 oraz ISO 13485, w tym przygotowywanie niezbędnej dokumentacji oraz działań następczych. Wsparcie procesu przeglądu dokumentacji serii (batch review) oraz decyzji dotyczących zwalniania produktów zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami. Współpraca z zespołami międzydziałowymi w celu zapewnienia zgodności z wymaganiami jakościowymi. Zapewnianie wsparcia dla pozostałych członków zespołu w razie potrzeby. Utrzymywanie standardów jakości i zgodności w powierzonym obszarze odpowiedzialności. Wymagane kwalifikacje Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku regulowanym GMP. Doświadczenie w obszarze Zapewnienia Jakości. Znajomość norm ISO 9001 i/lub ISO 13485. Doświadczenie we wspieraniu audytów oraz zarządzaniu dokumentacją systemu jakości. Praktyczne doświadczenie w obszarze Zapewnienia Jakości w środowisku GMP, obejmujące między innymi: zarządzanie odstępstwami,działania CAPA,zarządzanie zmianą,dokumentację jakościową,wsparcie audytów GMP.
