Das sollten Sie mitbringen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke Analytisches Vorgehen, insbesondere bei der Fehlersuche Prozessorientierte und wirtschaftlichkeitsorientierte Denkweise Kenntnisse in den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen (MS Office) Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3 Schichtbetrieb Ihre Aufgaben: Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe und Produktionsprozesse Umrüsten und Einstellen der Spritzgussmaschinen anhand des Betriebsauftrages Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses durch ein Kontrollsystem sowie Beseitigung von Produktionsstörungen Herstellung bzw.
