THE TEAM The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees, while attracting new. THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a world-class Commissary program to Aritzia employees & guests. As the Chef de Partie, you will support with preparing and serving food offerings with the highest level of culinary expertise, while ensuring seamless kitchen operations and Everyday Luxury experiences for all guests. THE ROLE As the Chef de Partie, Commissary, you will: Curate a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment. Set up for seamless food production. Deliver and exceptional product offering. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are upheld. THE QUALIFICATIONS The Chef de Partie, Commissary, has: Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business The ability to work Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM The ability to commit to a fixed term contract through mid-February 2027*. THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $25 - $35 CAD per hour. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
