In this role you will provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance). Your key responsibilities will include: Credit Control & Collections: Proactively manage receivables by making daily collection calls/emails, tracking overdue accounts, and resolving disputed invoices to ensure prompt payment. Bad Debt Management & Reporting: Monitor bad debtors, prepare weekly status reports, and escalate critical credit issues to the General Manager when appropriate. Commercial Support & Billing: Handle account credit approvals, process supplementary invoices and credit notes, and adjust commercial contracts based on exception reports. Account Setup & Reconciliation: Review new client accounts before month-end and track bank activity to ensure the Shared Services Team allocates incoming payments accurately. Are you a MATCH? The ideal candidate for this role will need strong communication skills, and an ability to work as part of a team. We are also looking for: 3+ years in an office-based administration or credit control role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/ or Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and analysis. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous, persuasive, and professional telephone manner. A self-motivated team player who thrives under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and consistently achieves key performance indicators (KPIs).
