How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Content creatie & Redactie: Je creëert en publiceert boeiende content voor diverse interne en externe communicatiekanalen, zoals het intranet, nieuwsbrieven, persberichten en social media. Visuele communicatie: Je helpt bij het ontwerpen van aantrekkelijke visuele materialen (graphics, video's, presentaties, posters) om interne en externe boodschappen en campagnes tot leven te wekken. Copywriting: Je schrijft en redigeert wervende, heldere teksten voor diverse doelgroepen. Teamondersteuning Events: Je helpt het team proactief bij de dagelijkse werking, de organisatie van evenementen en het uitrollen van interne campagnes Digitale optimalisatie: Je volgt de nieuwste digitale trends op en helpt ons om onze online communicatietools en -processen verder te moderniseren. Public Affairs & Advocacy: Je ondersteunt het team bij het opvolgen van politieke en regelgevende ontwikkelingen, het voorbereiden van belangenbehartiging (advocacy) en het in kaart brengen van relevante beleidsdossiers en stakeholders. Are you a MATCH? Jouw profiel Je volgt momenteel een bachelor- of masteropleiding in Communicatiemanagement, Public Affairs, Politieke Wetenschappen, Rechten, Marketing of een vergelijkbare richting. Je hebt een brede interesse in communicatie, maatschappelijke vraagstukken, politiek en wet- en regelgeving. Je hebt een vlotte pen. Aangezien we in een meertalige omgeving werken, spreek en schrijf je uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, een goede praktische kennis van het Frans is een plus. Kennis van grafische tools (zoals Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) en/of basiskennis van videobewerking is een grote troef. Je bent hands-on, behulpzaam en proactief: je ziet waar hulp nodig is en neemt graag initiatief.
