Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsmanagement-Systemen und -Prozessen für IT-Dienstleistungen und -Produkte. Definition und Tracking von Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und Service Level Agreements (SLAs) im Bereich Qualität. Durchführung interner Audits und Prozessanalysen zur Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenzialen. Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsrichtlinien, -dokumentationen und -standards. Management von Nichtkonformitäten und Ableitung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen. Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams (z.B. Entwicklung, Betrieb, Support) zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der IT-Services. Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsmanagement-Prinzipien und -Verfahren. Berichterstattung über Qualitätsleistung an das Management und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
