Implement and facilitate Process/Product Optimization/Upgrade and process troubleshooting to reach high yield, process time reduction, quality KPIs, improve raw material efficiency, waste generation, energy consumption. 執行並推動製程/產品優化與升級，以及製程異常排除，以達成高良率、縮短製程時間、達成品質 KPI、提升原料使用效率、減少廢棄物產生及降低能耗。 2. Deliver expertise on product and process chemistry, process technology and complex processing challenges, collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, including operations, HSE, engineering, quality control, supply chain, sales, RD, TS and product manger group to meet manufacturing targets. 提供產品與製程化學、製程技術及複雜加工挑戰的專業知識，直接與跨功能團隊協作，包括營運、HSE（環安衛）、工程、品保、供應鏈、業務、研發、技術服務（TS）及產品經理團隊，以達成製造目標。 3. Lead the investigation for process/recipe related quality issue, on line process troubleshooting (ready for on-call support for daily operation). Define the corrective actions or set up rework method accordingly to prevent bigger production loss or severe quality incident. 主導製程/配方相關品質問題的調查與線上製程異常排除（配合待命支援日常營運）。制定矯正措施或建立返工方法，以防止更大的生產損失或嚴重的品質事故。 4. Lead site pFMEA process, establish pFMEA for new products, annual cycling pFMEA review, upgrade pFMEA once quality incident happened, to mitigate quality and process risk systematically. 主導廠區 pFMEA（製程失效模式與效應分析）流程，為新產品建立 pFMEA，執行年度 pFMEA 審查循環，並於品質事故發生時更新 pFMEA，以系統性地降低品質與製程風險。 5. Develop SOP (production step and process parameters) for each product according to BOM, process design, safety and quality measurement, final specification and application requirement to guide operator how to produce the qualified product. 依據 BOM（物料清單）、製程設計、安全與品質量測、最終規格及應用需求，為各產品制定 SOP（生產步驟與製程參數），以指導操作人員生產合格產品。 6. Lead site NPI (new product introduction) transferred from R&D and TS to commercial production stage, provide process and operation development in shopfloor, coordinate the trial run, scale up to support business growing. 主導由研發（R&D）及技術服務（TS）移轉至量產階段的廠區 NPI（新產品導入），於現場提供製程與操作開發支援，協調試量產及放大量產，以支援業務成長。 7. Lead ARM project, arrange trial run and evaluation process and quality to reduce production cost by minimizing the impact to OEE, yield rate and quality of finish product. 主導 ARM（替代原料/材料）專案，安排試量產並評估製程與品質，透過最小化對 OEE（設備綜合效率）、良率及成品品質的影響來降低生產成本。 8. Implement Lean Six Sigma project to improve site process efficiency, including reducing production time, higher yield rate, less waste generation and more reliable quality. 推動精益六標準差（Lean Six Sigma）專案以提升廠區製程效率，包括縮短生產時間、提高良率、減少廢棄物產生及提升品質穩定性。 What You Offer Qualifications: ▲Education/Experience: - Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering/Technology related with over 3 years of relevant experience in a similar function, or a bachelor's with 5 years of experience. 教育背景/經驗: 化學或化學工程/技術相關碩士或博士學位，具備 3 年以上類似職務相關經驗；或學士學位具備 5 年以上相關經驗。 ▲Knowledge: 1. More than 5 years experiences in acrylate monomer and UV resin synthesis and development preferred. 2. Project management skill with experience in new product development project is preferred. 3. Familiar with SPC method, Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is advantageous. 專業知識要求： 1. 具備 5 年以上丙烯酸酯單體（acrylate monomer）及 UV 樹脂合成與開發經驗為佳。 2. 具備專案管理技能，有新產品開發專案經驗者佳。 3. 熟悉 SPC（統計製程管制）方法，具六標準差綠帶或黑帶認證者為加分條件。 ▲Personal characteristics: 1. Aggressive, stress resistance, advocate and adapt changes. 2. Proactive and enthusiastic in chemical industry and product improvement. 3. High learning agility, work & analysis/solve problem independently, but, understand when/how to call help. 4.
