Major Responsibilities: Comply with company and laboratory safety regulations. Carry out Finite Element Analysis using COMSOL Multiphysics software to help understand product & application related mechanisms. Evaluate mechanics performance using specialized equipment according to established test protocols. Utilize equipment software and tools (e.g., Excel, Origin) for data recording and organization. Maintain timely communication regarding equipment issues, testing techniques, and safety-related matters. What You Offer Basic Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field Strong academic performance with solid foundation in polymer physics or materials characterization Time Commitment: Minimum: 50 full working days (4 months, minimum 3 days per week, at least 16 weeks) Preferred: 75 full working days (6 months, minimum 3 days per week, total 24 weeks) Preferred Qualifications: Previous laboratory or research experience Familiarity with numerical simulations and polymer testing methods and analytical techniques Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Team player with excellent communication skills Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
