JOUW TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN Als Productie Ondersteunende Medewerker ressorteer je onder de dagploegleider en maak je deel uit van de dagploeg van Makrolon. Je voert diverse logistieke taken uit teneinde de productieactiviteiten en het productieproces voor Polycarbonaat te ondersteunen. Jouw hoofdtaken zijn: Lossen van grondstoffen en tussenproduct (aangeleverd in tankwagens/vrachtwagens/wagons) Lossen van verpakkingsmaterialen en andere hulpstoffen Grond- en hulpstoffen zoals granulaat, kleurstoffen en andere additieven klaarzetten in productie-installaties (vervoer met vorklift) Laden van producten (big bags) en afval (paletten, vaten, …) Laden van tussenproduct en afvalstoffen in tankwagens Ophalen van afvalstoffen en recycleerbaar offspec-materiaal klaarmaken voor afname Grond- en hulpstoffenmagazijn op orde houden en het containerpark beheren Diverse milieugerichte taken in het afvalwatersysteem, o.a. actiefkool torens tegenspoelen of uitwisselen, afvalwaterstalen nemen, dagelijkse opvolging van het actiefkool park (belading, doorzet,..) Diverse milieugerichte taken in het afgassysteem, o.a. actiefkool torens opvolgen en/of uitwisselen, opvolgen harsverbranding Productie ondersteunende controlewerkzaamheden en veiligheidsopdrachten (optreden als veiligheidswacht) Werkzaamheden in het kader van orde en netheid (housekeeping) Op stand houden van vorkliften (batterijen bijvullen) en fietsbestand van het bedrijf Voorbereiding en opvolging van jaarlijkse controle voor slangen, flexibels en ladders. Diverse administratief-ondersteunende activiteiten, o.a. boeken van overgenomen grondstoffen, documentatie van afvalstoffen en actiefkooltorens, registratie van uitgevoerde taken WIE JIJ BENT Je bent een gedreven productiemedewerker met minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring Kennis van het Makrolonbedrijf is een voordeel Veilig en milieubewust handelen is je tweede natuur Rijbewijs voor vorklift en ervaring met laden/lossen van vrachtwagens is een pluspunt Basiskennis van SAP is een pluspunt YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
