- hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field, or you have equivalent practical experience
- have strong hands-on experience in Rust development
- have experience building backend services for web-based applications
- have proven experience developing WebUIs with React, Angular, or Vue.js, as well as JavaScript, or TypeScript
- have experience connecting frontend and backend systems through APIs, WebSockets, and modern integration patterns
- are proficient with development tools and frameworks such as Git, npm/yarn, and CI/CD pipelines
