Propósito de la posición: Promocionar nuestras marcas, desarrollar y generar relaciones solidas con los clientes asignados (HCPs, instituciones públicas y/o privadas, Laboratorios dentales y farmacias) realizando labores de promoción, en línea con las estrategias de las marcas y políticas de la compañía, con el objeto de brindar un servicio de excelencia a profesionales de la salud y pacientes, lograr la recomendación de los Expertos y cumplir con los objetivos/expectativas de la compañía focalizado en el paciente. Principales responsabilidades: 1. Promoción de productos: Promocionar los productos de la compañía Cx a clientes, HCP y pacientes, entregar los mensajes de forma clara y efectiva de acuerdo a los Ciclos promocionales para lograr la recomendación de los odontólogos y posicionar nuestras marcas en el primer lugar de recomendación en línea con los KPIs y estudio de Recomendación tracking. 2. Administración: Administrar y entregar muestras y materiales promocionales de acuerdo a la segmentación y grilla promocional. Informar diariamente las visitas a los contactos asignados a través de VEEVA y de acuerdo al plan de trabajo, con el fin de mantener informada a la compañía, en tiempo real del trabajo realizado en terreno. 3. Comunicación de la estrategia: Comunicar los ciclos promocionales con todos los materiales disponibles: impresos, digitales y muestras, realizar las visitas de acuerdo al modelo de visita “Sales Call Model” Y Pauta promocional con el fin de posicionar nuestras marcas y lograr la recomendación de los Expertos. 4. Mantención BBDD: Actualizar y revisar sistemáticamente el territorio asignado, a través de VEEVA, Identificar los KOL de la zona asignada. Realizar en forma profesional y entregar en los plazos pre definidos las encuestas de S&T para la zona asignada , al menos 1 vez por año con el objeto de mantener el kardex con los profesionales relevantes para las marcas de Haleon en promoción. ¿Por qué TÚ? Tus calificaciones: Professional técnico o Universitario. Formación en área de la salud Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el mercado farmacéutico.
