As a LATAM COE Tax Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and governance across LATAM markets. You will support tax and audit processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance across the region. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support tax and audit processes across LATAM markets, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate execution of tax-related deliverables. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies across the region. Review indirect tax returns as part of the closing and control approval process. Manage and document Transfer Pricing Adjustments to support compliance and reporting requirements. Prepare management reports, performance analyses, and projections to support decision-making and business planning. Drive process improvement initiatives through standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies. Monitor and execute activities for assigned markets while ensuring KPI achievement and service excellence. Leverage tax and audit expertise to support the Centre of Expertise model and ensure effective governance across LATAM operations. Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and local market teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with the required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Tax, Audit, Risk Management, or related areas, preferably within a Shared Services environment. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Strong knowledge of LATAM tax regulations, tax compliance processes, and governance requirements. Experience supporting tax audits and working with internal and external auditors. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and tax information. Experience with SAP and other ERP systems. Advanced Power BI knowledge and/or dashboard creation experience. If you feel this is your next career step, apply!
