In this role you will own technical outcomes, ensure production reliability, exercise sound technical judgement and provide technical leadership across the integration services you deliver. Your analytical skills are matched by strong written communication, including the ability to produce quality design documents, interface specifications, work instructions and change requests. You build strong working relationships and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, using your influence and negotiation skills to guide stakeholders, project teams and vendors through the design, delivery and support of integration solutions. You also possess: Extensive hands-on experience delivering application and data integration solutions across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design through testing, deployment and transition to support. Proven expertise developing, configuring and supporting an enterprise integration platform (such as Boomi or equivalent), with strong knowledge of API design, integration patterns, data mapping and error handling. Demonstrated ownership of production integration services, ensuring they are reliable, scalable and maintainable through incident resolution, root cause analysis, performance optimisation and operational reporting. A sound understanding of integration security, privacy, access control and audit requirements, and the ability to undertake technical design reviews that assess compliance with architecture principles, guardrails and standards, and recommend corrective actions. Experience with integration testing, release management and change control, and with improving capability through reusable patterns, automation, documentation and continuous improvement. Demonstrated technical leadership through design guidance, knowledge sharing and mentoring, and experience delivering in agile, scaled agile or matrix environments.
