Optimize & Enhance Improve system performance, reliability, and availability by leveraging SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, chaos engineering, performance testing, and proactive incident prevention. Implement automation across deployments, scaling, monitoring, and incident response using Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. Collaborate Work closely with product owners, architects, platform engineers, backend teams, and security teams to build and operate production‑grade systems. Participate in solution designs, blameless post‑incident reviews, capacity planning, and operational readiness assessments. Mentor & Share Guide junior engineers, contribute to engineering forums, and participate in internal tech talks or knowledge‑sharing sessions around DevOps/SRE topics.
