Job Description: Pape-Dawson’s Atlanta office serves as a regional hub for our Georgia team, supporting clients across the Southeast with deep local insight and access to statewide resources. We are seeking a full-time PE licensed Senior Project Engineer, Site Development based in our Atlanta office. This position will lead the project design, client communication, permitting, and management on a wide range of commercial development projects. The Project Manager will collaborate in-house with other civil engineers, landscape architects, and land surveyors to assist our clients in developing public, private, and mixed-use projects. Responsibilities Lead and actively participate in the design, plan production and permitting for land development projects. Lead and mentor a group of technical professionals – engineers and technical support- to serve our clients well Engage in the proposal and client agreement development and execution Develop trusting professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders Be respectful of client time-lines through effective coordination of project tasks, budgets and schedules Champion the professional development of each member of a project team according to each member’s individual goals and career path Seek guidance from other leaders; be open to suggestions in various aspects of project management Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations Additional related duties as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
