Job Description: Pensions Administrator Office Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays (M50 3SP) Salary: From £28,500 depending on experience Permanent, Full time 37.5 hours per week Flexible and hybrid working options available. What you will do Administer pension benefits and member events across DB and DC schemes. Calculate benefits and prepare member communications accurately and on time. Respond to member and employee queries by phone, email and post. Maintain accurate records and update pension administration systems. Manage sensitive cases, including retirement and bereavement benefits. Ensure compliance with pension regulations and internal processes. Support continuous improvement activities and team projects. Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance targets. What you will bring Previous experience in pensions administration. Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
