⠀ Role And Responsibilities Join our team at Copenhagen Airport as a Customer Services Representative where you’ll play a key role in the delivery of CAE’s world leading training services. You’ll be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Instructors, customers, and guests, providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. The role we are offering you Act as the primary point of contact for training delivery at CAE’s Copenhagen centre Ensuring seamless running of the training centre and sessions, including room preparation and set-up Focussing on high quality customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and improving overall customer satisfaction and loyalty Ensuring the training centre is well-presented, organized and fully stocked at all times Maintaining close collaboration with internal departments (training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs and solve queries or concerns. Our ideal candidate has: Experience in a customer service focussed role (eg. hotel industry, travel/ tourism, charter aviation, customer service representative) Experience in purchasing would be nice to have Proficient in English language (written and verbal) Proficient in either Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (written and verbal) preferable Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word etc) What else would be beneficial/ desirable? Ideally knowledge or experience of the aviation industry Location: Copenhagen, Denmark This is a fully on-site role What kind of person will succeed in this team?
