- Perform daily sales reconciliation, investigate variances and perform follow ups on discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all cash transactions and completion of bank reconciliations
- Prepare and issue of billing invoices and monitor collections to ensure timely payments from customers/partners
- Process manual store refunds with banks as requested by Exchange and Return department
- Ensure store invoices and petty cash claims are processed accurately and timely, with proper application of applicable withholding taxes.
- Support fixed assets management activities, including budget tracking and periodic physical inspection
- Ensure all month-end journal entries (e.g., accruals, amortization, inventory adjustments) related to store operation are recorded timely
- Provide support for accounting and financial related activities including internal and external audits, as required
- Maintain and safeguard accounting records, manage tax documentation and submit sales reports to tax authorities
- Support the store operations in monitoring and complying with store operating process as well as legal and statutory requirements
- You have an understanding of store finance operations, including receivables, payables, billing, and cash handling.
- You are knowledgeable in financial transaction processes, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- You have a basic understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial documentation standards.
- You are familiar with finance systems and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- You understand store operations and how finance functions support overall business activities.
- You are aware of local regulatory requirements and corporate documentation standards.
