Responsibilities: Ringkasan Pekerjaan** Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan semua dokumentasi ekspor, dan memfasilitasi kelancaran proses pengiriman. Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan** * Menyiapkan, meninjau, dan memproses semua dokumen ekspor yang diperlukan, termasuk faktur komersial, daftar kemasan, Bill of Lading (B/L) atau Air Waybill (AWB), sertifikat asal, dan dokumen terkait lainnya. * Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan bea cukai, persyaratan perdagangan internasional, dan kebijakan internal perusahaan. * Berkoordinasi dengan tim penjualan, logistik, pengiriman, dan keuangan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan dan menyelesaikan masalah terkait dokumentasi. * Memantau dan melacak status pengiriman ekspor, memberikan pembaruan kepada pihak terkait. * Menjaga catatan yang akurat dan terorganisir dari semua dokumentasi ekspor. * Berkomunikasi dengan forwarder, agen bea cukai, dan pihak ketiga lainnya untuk memastikan kelancaran alur kerja. * Menyelesaikan masalah atau inkonsistensi dalam dokumentasi ekspor secara proaktif. * Memastikan pembayaran dan penagihan biaya pengiriman dan bea cukai yang akurat. * Memahami dan menerapkan Incoterms dengan benar dalam setiap transaksi ekspor. Kualifikasi Pekerjaan** * Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) di bidang Logistik, Transportasi, Manajemen Rantai Pasokan, atau bidang terkait. * Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun dalam peran dokumentasi ekspor atau logistik. * Pengetahuan yang kuat tentang peraturan bea cukai, prosedur ekspor, dan Incoterms. * Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Keterampilan komunikasi tertulis dan verbal yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. * Perhatian terhadap detail dan akurasi yang tinggi. * Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dan sebagai bagian dari tim. * Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan memenuhi tenggat waktu yang ketat. * Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang baik dan berorientasi pada hasil. * Pengalaman dengan sistem ERP atau perangkat lunak manajemen logistik merupakan nilai tambah.
