In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer contracts using approved templates Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and records management Manage legal documentation, invoices, and legal operations processes Support trademark and patent filings, renewals, watch notices, and enforcement matters Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders on legal and IP matters Requirements Diploma in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent Experience in paralegal, legal operations, or contract administration roles Hands-on experience supporting trademarks and patents is required Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively Disclaimer: When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
