Responsibilities: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and refining business requirements to support the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Serve as the main point of contact between business users and development/vendor teams. • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. • Support project delivery, including user acceptance testing and solution validation. • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors when necessar.y • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs. • Assist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements or process automation. • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems and processes. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
