OVERALL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas) Perform credit risk management functions on commercial lending portfolios Lead and develop a group of B2B portfolio risk analysts Recommend policy changes to address commercial lending portfolio deterioration Track performance against benchmark and measure impact of implemented strategies Identify shifts in market/merchant behavior to create growth opportunities Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed) Knowledge of credit risk principles and data analytics to influence data driven decisions in managing portfolio quality SQL and data management skills should be helpful in ensuring efficiency in tasks and in assisting other teams Knowledge on financing policies and regulations.
