Nuestro equipo en España está buscando un HSE Manager en Construcción para incorporarse a un proyecto en Zaragoza/Huesca. El puesto es un contrato permanente con ERM. El puesto Como (Health & Safety Manager) Manager en seguridad y salud desempeñará un papel crucial en garantizar la implementación efectiva de las medidas de salud y seguridad en un sitio de construcción en nombre de nuestro cliente. Reportando al Gerente del Cliente, el Consultor de Salud y Seguridad es responsable de monitorear el trabajo de construcción previsto en el Proyecto. Esto incluye: monitorear y evaluar la gestión de los contratistas por parte del Contratista General del Proyecto. monitorear la implementación del Plan de Seguridad y Salud en Obra de Construcción específico del proyecto del Contratista General. evaluar el liderazgo de Seguridad y Salud, la planificación, el soporte, los controles operativos, la gestión del desempeño y la mejora continua tanto del Contratista General como de sus Contratistas. Tomar todas las medidas razonablemente practicables para garantizar que exista una Declaración de Compromiso de Liderazgo del Contratista General y/o una Política de Seguridad y Salud del proyecto en el Plan de Seguridad y Salud en Obra de Construcción. Se espera que realice recorridos regulares por el sitio que incluyan una revisión visual. Sobre ti Para tener éxito en este puesto, tendrás: Un título universitario o grado de técnico superior en Gestión de Seguridad y Salud, Ingeniería o Área de Especialidad (p. ej., Higiene Industrial, Construcción); o tres (3) años en puestos de gestión de Seguridad y Salud. Conocimiento profundo de las normas y regulaciones de Seguridad y Salud para el país/región identificada. Experiencia demostrada en la evaluación de riesgos de peligros, declaraciones de trabajo de métodos seguros y análisis de causa raíz posteriores a incidentes.
