À propos du poste Nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) Senior Eau pour développer et renforcer notre expertise en gestion de l’eau en France. Vous serez notre référent(e) sur les sujets liés à la réglementation de l’eau, à l’évaluation des risques hydriques, aux méthodologies de quantification et aux démarches de gestion durable de l’eau alignées sur les principes de l’Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS). Si vous maîtrisez les réglementations ICPE, les schémas SDAGE/SAGE, les questions de prélèvements et de rejets ainsi que les directives européennes relatives à l’eau, et que vous aimez accompagner les clients dans la résolution de défis concrets liés à la ressource en eau, ce poste est fait pour vous. Vos missions Piloter des missions liées à l’eau : analyses réglementaires, évaluations des risques hydriques, diagnostics de sites et stratégies de gestion durable de l’eau. Contribuer à des propositions commerciales transversales avec les équipes CDP (risques et adaptation), LPMR (autorisations et permis) et M&A (due diligences). Développer un portefeuille d’activités solide dans le domaine de l’eau et renforcer le positionnement d’ERM auprès de clients stratégiques. Mettre à profit votre sens commercial et votre expérience auprès de clients industriels ou du secteur financier. Garantir l’excellence technique des missions et accompagner le développement des consultants plus juniors. Interagir avec aisance auprès de clients francophones ; la maîtrise du français est indispensable. Votre profil 5 à 8 ans (ou plus) d’expérience en gestion de l’eau, hydrologie, réglementation de l’eau ou domaines similaires. Solide connaissance des cadres réglementaires français et européens liés à l’eau (ICPE, SDAGE/SAGE, Directive-cadre sur l’eau, etc.). Expérience des référentiels AWS ou de méthodologies de gestion durable de l’eau équivalentes. Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à intervenir de manière autonome auprès des clients. About the Role We are recruiting a Senior Water Consultant to build out and elevate our water expertise in France. You will be our go‑to specialist on water regulation, water risk assessment, quantification methodologies, and AWS‑aligned stewardship. If you can navigate ICPE, SDAGE/SAGE, withdrawals/discharges and EU directives without breaking a sweat — and you enjoy helping clients solve real‑world water challenges — this role is for you. What you will do Lead water‑related assignments: regulatory analysis, water risk assessments, site‑level diagnostics, stewardship strategies. Support cross‑service line proposals with other ERM teams covering risk & adaptation, permitting or due diligence projects Develop a strong water portfolio and strengthen ERM’s positioning with key clients Proven commercial drive and experience with industrial or financial clients. Ensure technical excellence and mentor junior consultants. Engage confidently with French‑speaking clients — fluency required. What you can bring 5–8+ years of experience in water management, hydrology, water regulation, or similar fields. Strong understanding of French & EU water frameworks (ICPE, SDAGE/SAGE, WFD…). Experience with AWS or similar stewardship methodologies. Strong client‑facing skills and ability to deliver autonomously. Fluency in French and professional English.
