Nature and Purpose of the Position Global Blue has established a Central European hub to centralize many administrative activities previously performed by the company's local offices. Global Blue aims to expand its service offering, open operations in new countries, and provide enhanced services, from the initial contact with a form during processing through to merchant invoicing and document archiving. Main Objectives of the Position Perform activities related to the processing of TFS documents. Ensure that the physical processing of TFS documents is carried out quickly and efficiently. Ensure the required quality standards of physical document control. Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with TFS service requirements. Key Responsibilities and Duties Ensure that all processed documents are prepared for further processing in a systematic and retrievable manner (archiving, retrieval of rejected documents). Meet processing speed requirements for sorting, preparation, scanning, and archiving within defined timeframes. Sort and remove errors from processed batches based on documentation and instructions provided by individual teams. Subsequently, prepare the batch for archiving. Check and destroy receipts that have been sorted out by the team responsible for preparing documents for scanning. Achieve defined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). In addition to the main responsibilities, general administrative tasks related to the document processing scope may be assigned. Candidate Profile Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office English language skills: basic to intermediate level Proactive approach to work Analytical thinking Strong communication skills Education and Qualifications Student of a vocational secondary school or grammar school University student Working Hours The position is not tied to fixed working hours. Working time is flexible and depends on an agreement with the supervisor.
