Hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, model evaluation, optimization, responsible AI, and industrial or business process AI applications. Strong understanding of AI systems architecture, enterprise data architecture, Azure cloud-native AI platforms, API-first integration, secure platform design, and end-to-end AI operationalization. Advanced Python proficiency, with solid experience in SQL, APIs, microservices, software architecture, Azure DevOps, Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and modern engineering workflows. Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, lifecycle management, monitoring, governance controls, deployment pipelines, performance management, and cloud-native platform engineering. Knowledge of manufacturing or chemical process environments, process modelling and simulation, optimization, operations research, enterprise AI platforms, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, LeanIX, SAP BTP, Azure, and Databricks. Languages Business-fluent English. German language skills are an advantage.
