Maintain detailed lab notebooks, test protocols and test reports Coordination with 3rd party lab and global R&D team as and when required Create and update SOPs, test methods and calibration records Perform routine calibration, performance check and preventive maintenance of lab equipment Participate in lab audits and round robin test programs as and when necessary Follow EHS guidelines related to lab testing, chemical handling and waste disposal Education & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience. Technical & Operational Knowledge Knowledge of product specifications, formulations, and testing methodologies across relevant product segments. Understanding of internal interfaces and cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with workshop operations, ordering processes, and facility management. Ability to support technical projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
