Well understand the mechnical structure of extruder. Following lab SOP to conduct powder coating application tests as per the instruction from supervisors. Be capable to provide suggestions to projects from lab testing point of views. Ensure proper documentation of evaluation results, file all test data by using lab books and entering raw data to ART database. Summarize test results by drafting a test report. Be capable to build-up application knowledge in our own or customer coating systems. Strong willingness to improve technical understanding and knowledge of coating for further self-development. Ensure the cleanliness in the lab and in the sample storage room. REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of lab experience with a proven track record in powder coating company. Experience with powder coating products manufacturing and technical service is preferred. Prefer Bachelor in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a related field Candidate must have a good safety record and be capable of comunicating and working with multiple projects and colleagues within the technical organization. Basic computer skills such as MS Office are required.
