We're seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians who are excited to support students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs. Position Summary: As a Behavior Technician in a school setting, you will work directly with students to support their academic growth and behavioral needs, often in specialized therapeutic and behavioral environments. You will provide individualized support to students with autism, trauma histories, or significant behavioral challenges while helping them develop essential academic, social-emotional, and life skills.
