Consistent support and professional development opportunities Position Summary: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.
