Job Title: Support Technician for CANECO range software Location: Colomiers or Colombes (France) Employment Type: [full-time] The job Receive, diagnose, and resolve user support requests (by phone, email, or in person). Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks. Assist users with the adoption of new applications or updates. Report software fixes and improvements to the Development Department. Identify and resolve software failures. Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system (Salesforce, Azure DevOps). Follow up on requests until resolution and ensure timely delivery to users. Participate in continuous improvement projects for the infrastructure and support processes. Write procedure documents and user guides (articles in the Knowledge Base) to facilitate the use of our software. Participate in user support during the implementation of new solutions. Ability to listen attentively to user needs to better understand their issues. Ability to collaborate with other members of the technical team and various company departments. Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
