Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service. You will manage reservations, assist with inquiries, and contribute to a positive and efficient front office operation. Job Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. * Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system. * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner. * Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and dining options. * Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude. * Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and balance daily transactions. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. * Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including mail distribution and record-keeping. * Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. * Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines. Job Qualifications: * Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Proficiency in using computer systems, including property management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist guests. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * A professional appearance and demeanor.
