Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding brand standards. Job Responsibilities * Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures. * Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality food and service. * Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards, food safety regulations, and company policies. * Manage cash handling procedures, including till reconciliation and deposit preparation. * Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Monitor inventory levels and assist with placing orders as needed. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. * Assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving as required. * Resolve operational issues and escalate significant problems to management when necessary. * Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong communication. Job Qualifications * Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. * Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
