Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King you will lead and motivate a team to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand standards during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for upholding Onvo's commitment to quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise and train team members on Burger King's operational procedures, food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards. * Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed. * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure all products meet Burger King's standards. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers. * Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed. * Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback. * Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately. * Support and enforce all company policies and procedures. Job Qualifications: * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Basic understanding of inventory management and cash handling procedures. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
