Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Familiarity with extrusion materials and basic material handling practices. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and regulatory requirements. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or associate's degree preferred. Entry Level and willingness to learn.
