The Alliance's scope now extends from the Frankston line through Sunshine, removing crossings at Newport and Spotswood and realigning freight and passenger lines. This is a significant, long term program of rail infrastructure improvement. About the Opportunity You will report to the Commercial Manager and provide administrative and finance support across a fast paced construction environment. Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and requisitions, and support procurement and vendor coordination for the Commercial team. Manage office resources, coordinate events, diaries and travel, and act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. This role suits someone who wants broad exposure across construction administration and commercial processes, and a genuine step into the infrastructure industry.
