Perform manual curation and correction of researcher profiles by validating and resolving authorship data across journals, affiliations, and publication history. Review, interpret, and clean metadata (e.g., article titles, journal names, editor details, peer review history) for accuracy and completeness. You are expected to follow prescribed editorial policies and procedures to capture the bibliographic information and ensure that the other deliverables are met Evaluate and validate AI-suggested authorship matches as part of a human-in-the-loop curation model, ensuring high confidence before acceptance. Troubleshoot and respond to profile-related customer issues using research, metadata investigation, and editorial corrections.
