Role and Key accountabilities The Admissions Intern will have responsibility to: Monitor mailboxes and allocate debt and funds document submissions / listing applications to team members within our system. Deal with/allocate queries from public and listing agents and other internal Departments. Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times. Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt securities to listing and trading on Euronext markets. Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications. Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses Other administration work, as required. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Essential: Customer centric approach with the ability to put our clients first. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proven query management, communication and business writing skills. Desirable / Advantageous: Experience and/or a qualification in law, business, finance or a related area.
