Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist - Maternity Cover Location: Cambridge, UK - Hybrid (50% working time at the office) Employment Type: Full time, fixed term - 12/18 months contract Key responsibilities Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments. Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements. Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities. Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs. Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters. Essential requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems. Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset. Desired Experience Understanding of global mobility principles, including UK immigration requirements. Experience in supporting employee relocations within the United Kingdom and broader EMEA region.
