Set and monitor weekly objectives, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to Wiltech’s high standards. Ensure team members adhere to ISO9001 policies and safety standards. Provide expert advice on material and tooling requirements, ensuring the team is fully equipped for each task. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity. Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, holiday requests, and attendance tracking. Communicate with the Production Team and other Team Leaders to resolve any issues and maintain an efficient production flow. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Electrical Fitter, ideally within fabrication, enclosures, or industrial equipment manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and planning abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Knowledge of health & safety and ISO standards within a manufacturing environment.
