You’ll work under the close guidance of your CX Lead to help provide outstanding support to customers.
- Answering client's inquiries through phone, email and chat
- Addressing issues with the orders and product inquiries via customer interface platform and from Facebook and email.
- Tracking Shipments and backend shipping inquiries
- General Research
- Updating addresses and client information
Hard/Technical Skills
- Language: Must be fluent in German and English and can convey key conversational points concisely.
- Shift Timing: Availability to work weekends or having split-offs

- Complexity: Highly organized and can complete multiple projects concurrently. You can surf between internal workflows and customer conversations without missing a beat.
