As a BI Analyst, you will serve as a trusted business partner, translating business needs into meaningful, data-driven solutions. You will design and develop intuitive dashboards, support stakeholders with their analytical requirements, and recommend data visualization best practices to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. How you will contribute to collective success: Business Partnership & Requirements Gathering Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements with project sponsors and subject matter experts (SMEs) across various business functions to understand objectives and analytical needs. Translate business requirements and large volumes of data into actionable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. Work within an Agile development framework by translating business needs into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating visual mockups to guide development. Act as a trusted advisor to the business by proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data and improve analytics and decision-making. Data Visualization Design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Apply data visualization best practices. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and business logic defined by the organization are accurately represented in dashboards and data visualizations. Continuously enhance existing solutions based on business needs, user adoption, and evolving requirements. Leadership Collaborate with data engineers to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions. Provide leadership and guidance on BI development, analytics, dashboard design, and data visualization best practices. Contribute to the development of BI standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The type of player who fits in well with the team: Bachelor’s degree; An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibilities as a Business Analyst; Excellent communication skills in both French and English; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful strategic insights; Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend effective data-driven solutions; Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAC, Tableau, etc.); Deep knowledge of data visualization and data storytelling best practices; • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts.
