Resilience: someone who stays steady and constructive when things get demanding. A proactive attitude, taking ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told. Team spirit, integrity and a genuine drive to deliver results. Adaptability to a fast-paced, hands-on industrial environment. Technical Requirements Experience in procurement, preferably in an industrial environment. Proven experience purchasing services and/or materials, ideally including spare parts, industrial maintenance and supply & installation projects.
