Account specific roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, including claim submission, denial management, follow-ups, cash posting, and payment reconciliation.
- Lead, supervise, and provide guidance and coaching to the medical billing team.
- Monitor team productivity, billing accuracy, and performance against established targets.
- Handle escalated billing issues, claim denials, and payment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with HMO requirements, payer guidelines, and internal procedures.
- Track outstanding claims and accounts receivable to support timely reimbursement.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and billing accuracy.
- Prepare performance reports and provide updates on team progress and operational concerns.
Requirements
- At least 1 - 2 years BPO experience handling US Healthcare account
- With at least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experience
- Good Working knowledge with HMO Billing (Claims, Denials, Cash Postings)
- Knowledge on Revenue Cycle Management/ Accounts Receivable is a PLUS
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Amenable to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Willing to work night shifts
