Key Responsibilities: HR Business Partnering Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding their objectives and providing HR solutions to support operational goals. Support department heads in setting KPIs and managing employee evaluations. Learning & Development Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and implement HR policies in compliance with local labor laws.
